Recipe for slow cooker cake

Here you go - the promised recipe - we used gluten free flour and to be honest I thought it would have been better with a different fruit. Pears, apples or apricots even. Raspberries are probably best. The peaches - from a tin - were a little bland. But the texture is lovely and it makes a great dessert.
